EcomTerra is a small online retail team based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We run clothing shops for women and men, delivering to people in the US, the UK, Australia and Canada.
Our story
Why "Terra"
Terra means earth. We picked it because the business is about real goods that travel across the world: a coat that has to survive a British winter, a rain jacket that has to keep you dry, a jumper that goes from a supplier's floor to a doorstep in Leeds.
We started with clothing because fit and fabric are where online shopping most often disappoints. Getting a size chart right, describing a fabric honestly and packing an order properly taught us the habits we apply to every piece we sell.
Rather than one giant shop for everyone, we build separate stores for separate markets. It's more work, but a shopper in Manchester and a shopper in Melbourne deserve prices, sizes and delivery details that make sense where they live.

Local first
Each store speaks its market's language, prices in its currency and uses its sizing. Nobody should need a converter to buy a shirt.
Samples before listings
We don't list a product we haven't checked. Samples are measured, handled and compared against the supplier's claims before anything goes live.
