This policy covers the company website at ecom-terra.com and emails you send to us. It does not cover our online stores, such as Golden Shopping UK. Each store has its own privacy policy explaining how orders, payments and delivery details are handled. Please read the policy on the store you use.

This website has no accounts, no checkout and no server-side form processing. The contact form on our Contact page only opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing you type in the form is sent to us or stored by this website unless you choose to send that email.

When you email us, we receive whatever you include, which typically means:

• your company name and country, if you provide them;
• order numbers, store names or other details you include in your message;
• any attachments you choose to send.

Information collected automatically

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) for security and to keep the site running.
